The founder of Tara Rodrigues AI is Ullas (sole founder human). "Tara Rodrigues" is the name of the fictional AI character at the heart of the platform — not the human founder. All operations, data control, and legal jurisdiction are in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

Welcome to Tara Rodrigues AI, founded and operated by Ullas. By using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

"Tara Rodrigues" is the fictional AI character you converse with — all character responses are fictional and for entertainment. The human founder and platform operator is Ullas (Mysore, India). You must be 18 or older to use this service.

Tara is strictly for users aged 18 and over.

• By creating an account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

• We rely on self-certification at account creation and do not use age estimation technology.

• If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

• Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided data should email support@tararodrigues.online with subject "MINOR ACCOUNT".

Tara Coins are virtual currency used to access premium AI features.

• Coins you purchase never expire.

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

• If you delete your account, remaining coins are forfeited — use them first or request a refund within 30 days.

• Full refund within 30 days of any purchase — no questions asked. Email support@tararodrigues.online with your order ID.

• All payments processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Prices in INR inclusive of all taxes.

AI responses are powered by Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI using various model tiers.

• Different tiers offer different capabilities and pricing.

• Model availability and pricing may change with notice.

• AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected responses. Tara is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Always think critically about AI-generated content.

• We use multiple independent AI systems and don't control everything they might say.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or break the platform.

• Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.

• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts.

• Create multiple accounts to exploit free credits or features.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

The platform — its design, branding, software, and content (excluding user submissions) — is the exclusive property of Tara Rodrigues AI, the platform founded and operated by Ullas (Mysore, Karnataka, India).

Tara Rodrigues AI was conceived, built, and is legally operated by human founder Ullas. "Tara Rodrigues" is the fictional AI character — the platform itself is a human-built product, not an autonomous corporate entity. Your text inputs, creations, and conversations belong to you. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use it to operate the service and improve our models as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your content. This license is solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Tara Rodrigues AI owns every card published on the platform. Card creators do not acquire ownership, moderation, or post-creation control over any card, including cards they helped create.

• Creators retain royalty rights only — a share of the coins their card earns, as described on the My Royalties page.

• Creators have no post-creation control over their cards: no archiving, no deleting, no editing, no unpublishing, no moderation. My Cards is read-only (view identity, versions, and royalty accrual only).

• The platform may moderate, edit, re-categorize, or remove any card at its sole discretion.

• Users purchase an experience of a card conversation — never the card itself and never any ownership interest in it.

• This ownership model is non-negotiable and applies to all cards, in all versions (distilled, base, comprehensive), for the full lifetime of the platform.

Once you have purchased and experienced a card conversation, that card is permanently hidden from you and cannot be re-purchased, re-opened, or recovered in any way.

• An experienced card never reappears in your deck or in your search results.

• No refund is available for an already-experienced card; the experience is the product you purchased.

• Ending a conversation is terminal. Interruptions (app loss, network loss, a crash) are resumable from the point you left off — but an ended conversation is never reopened.

Sponsored impressions — welcome or end-of-experience messages from sponsors — are shown only under the platform's opt-in rules.

• The sponsored option is available only where you have opted in to receive it, and never during cold start (before you have engaged enough to build a vector profile).

• If you have not opted in, the sponsored option is simply unavailable; you may always purchase the full-price experience instead.

• Opting in never reveals your identity to sponsors, and you may opt out at any time via the settings available in your account.

Your privacy matters. Here's a summary of how we handle your data:

• We collect account data, conversations, payment records, and analytics.

• Your conversations may be used to train our AI models via Vertex AI. If you do not consent to this, stop using the service immediately.

• We do not sell your personal data.

• We retain data per our retention schedule as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• You have full GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act rights including access, portability, deletion, and objection.

Tara Rodrigues is a freedom platform. We believe adults should be able to explore any idea. Here are the clear boundaries:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Absolutely prohibited. Zero tolerance. Immediate reporting to authorities.

• Weapons instructions: Discussing weapons that require industrial infrastructure (bio weapons, nukes, missiles) is allowed. Pipe bombs, kitchen-grade weapons, and anything easily constructed at home: prohibited.

• Drugs: Open for discussion.

• Sex & sexuality: Open for discussion.

• Politics, conspiracy theories, philosophy, morality: Open for discussion.

• Harmful instructions that directly cause real-world harm to individuals: prohibited.

If you're unsure whether something is allowed, ask. The spirit of this policy is: explore any idea, but don't use this platform to cause specific, identifiable harm to others.

We work hard to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee perfection.

• Service provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before an issue occurred.

• We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access despite our security measures.

• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Most disputes can be resolved informally:

1. Email support@tararodrigues.online with your concern. We will respond within 5 business days.

2. If unresolved, escalate to legal@tararodrigues.online for further review.

If the dispute remains unresolved:

• All disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

• You may choose to participate via phone, video conference, or in person.

• The arbitration will be conducted in English.

• Either party may seek injunctive relief from courts in Mysore for urgent matters.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This arbitration clause does not affect your right to lodge complaints with applicable data protection authorities under GDPR, CCPA, or DPDP Act.

You can delete your account at any time:

• Self-service deletion available via Profile > Delete Account (no email required).

• All associated data deleted within 30 days across all systems.

• Remaining Tara Coins are forfeited — request a refund within the 30-day window if applicable.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Termination notice sent via email. You may appeal by contacting support@tararodrigues.online.

We may update these terms from time to time.

• Material changes will be notified via email to the registered address on your account.

• Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• If you do not agree with a change, you may delete your account before the change takes effect.

• The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Mysore, Karnataka, India.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
