The founder of Tara Rodrigues AI is Ullas (sole human founder). "Tara Rodrigues" is the name of the fictional AI character at the heart of the platform — not the human founder. Welcome to Tara Rodrigues AI, founded and operated by Ullas. By using this platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.

"Tara Rodrigues" is the fictional AI character you converse with — all character responses are fictional and for entertainment. The human founder and platform operator is Ullas (Mysore, India). You must be 18 or older to use this service.

Tara Coins are virtual currency used to access premium AI features.

• Coins you purchase never expire.

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• If you delete your account, remaining coins are forfeited — use them first or request a refund.

All payments processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). Prices in INR inclusive of tax.

• Full refund within 30 days of any purchase — no questions asked.

• Email support@tararodrigues.online with your order ID.

Don't use the service for anything illegal, try to hack or break the platform, generate harmful content, pretend to be someone else, use bots, or access other people's accounts.

The platform — its design, branding, software, and content (excluding user submissions) — is the exclusive property of Tara Rodrigues AI, the platform founded and operated by Ullas (Mysore, Karnataka, India). Tara Rodrigues AI was conceived, built, and is legally operated by human founder Ullas. "Tara Rodrigues" is the fictional AI character — the platform itself is a human-built product, not an autonomous corporate entity. Your text inputs are yours. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or content.

By default, your conversations may be used to improve our AI models. You can opt out of model training at any time via the toggle below or in your Profile settings. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the service in any way.

Tara Rodrigues AI owns every card published on the platform. This is a deliberate and non-negotiable model (FR-AUTH-4):

• The Platform owns every published card. Users never acquire ownership, moderation, or post-creation control over cards — including cards they helped create.

• Creators earn royalties — a share of the coins their card earns, as described on the My Royalties page — but hold no ownership or content-control rights. My Cards is read-only: view identity, versions, and royalty accrual only. There is no archiving, deleting, editing, unpublishing, or moderation by creators.

• Users purchase an experience of a card conversation, never the card itself and never any ownership interest in it.

Once you have purchased and experienced a card conversation, that card is permanently hidden from you and cannot be re-purchased, re-opened, or recovered in any way.

• An experienced card never reappears in your deck or in your search results.

• Ending a conversation is terminal. Interruptions (app loss, network loss, a crash) are resumable from the point you left off — but an ended conversation is never reopened.

Sponsored impressions — welcome or end-of-experience messages from sponsors — are shown only under the platform's opt-in rules.

• The sponsored option is available only where you have opted in to receive it, and never during cold start (before you have engaged enough to build a vector profile).

• If you have not opted in, the sponsored option is simply unavailable; you may always purchase the full-price experience instead.

• Opting in never reveals your identity to sponsors, and you may opt out at any time via the settings available in your account.

We work hard to keep Tara running but can't guarantee perfection. Service provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before an issue occurred.

Most disputes can be resolved by emailing support@tararodrigues.online. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Mysore, Karnataka. You may choose online or phone arbitration. These terms are governed by Indian law.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Account data: retained until account deletion (deleted within 30 days).

Conversations & memories: deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Transaction records: retained 7 years (Indian financial regulations).

Analytics data: retained 26 months (Google Analytics policy).

Marketing cookies: retained 180 days or until consent withdrawn.

• Google Firebase/Firestore — Auth, database, hosting (GCP Mumbai/Singapore)

• Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI — AI model inference & training

• Razorpay — Payment processing

• Facebook (Meta) — Facebook Pixel (ad measurement, opt-out available)

• Google Analytics (Firebase) — Anonymous usage analytics

Cross-border transfers: EU→India transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with all processors.

Your conversations and interactions may be used to train and improve our AI models via Vertex AI. This helps us make Tara smarter, more nuanced, and more useful over time.

You can opt out of model training at any time using the toggle below or in your Profile settings. Your choice is respected immediately — opting out will not degrade your experience or limit any features. We do not condition service access on training consent.

We use:

• Necessary cookies — session auth (HTTP-only, secure)

• Analytics — Firebase Analytics (opt-in required)

• Marketing — Facebook Pixel (opt-in required)

You can manage preferences anytime via Cookie Preferences in your Profile or the cookie banner.

In the event of a data breach:

• We will notify affected users within 72 hours.

• Notification sent via email to the registered address.

• We will include: nature of breach, categories affected, estimated impact, and remediation steps.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access your data (Article 15)

• Non-discrimination — exercising your rights will not result in different service or pricing

• Designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Agents may email privacy@tararodrigues.online with proof of authorization.

Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct inaccurate data

• Delete your data (right to erasure)

• Withdraw consent (this may require closing your account)

Data Fiduciary: Tara Rodrigues AI operates as a data fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

You may request a copy of your data in JSON or CSV format. Email privacy@tararodrigues.online and we will provide your data within 30 days. This includes your conversations, memories, profile data, and transaction history.

Tara is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor has an account, we will delete their data and close the account immediately.
